WHAT: Chef Andre and Cap'n Lyf are teaming up with sharp knives and sharp wits. Come learn proper handling, sharpening, cleaning, and use of knives—including on a whole fish. $30, sign up HERE.

Marion Acres Farm & SakéOne brewery tour

WHEN: Saturday, April 20th, 9am-3pm

WHERE: Marion Acres Farm & SakéOne brewery

WHAT: Hop on the Cascadia Cruiser bus with us on Saturday, April 20th to visit Marion Acres Farm to see first hand how they raise and process their chickens, turkeys, and cows sustainably. Next stop is SakéOne to participate in a private tour of one of the few sake breweries outside of Japan. Sorry, no minors this trip. $50 includes lunch and transportation.

WHAT: Fresh ingredients - sushi rice & vinegar, nori rolls, and of course, the best fish in Portland -- with a couple saké drinks included for good measure. Lyf from Flying Fish and Kevin from Hook and Line Sushi will cheer you on and you'll walk away with sushi know-how and a full belly. $65 per person - you eat what you roll!
